This trip was organised by Heritage Expeditions. We started with a night in Tokyo before travelling by Bullet Train to Kanazawa, a port on the north coast. Here we boarded our cruise ship the Heritage Adventurer. From here we visited Dogojima in the Oki Islands, Hagi, Ulsan in South Korea, Matsue back in Japan, Nigata, Noshiro, Muroran, Kushiro, Abashiri, Rishiri Island and Otaru. It was a very busy schedule which enabled us to experience and see many locations.
